Get active
KIDS are being urged to switch off their computers and get active on the Portable Pixel Playground at the Lanternhouse in Ulverston tomorrow from 11am until 4am.
Each piece of the inflatable playground is a specially commissioned piece of digital artwork, including images of aliens and sharks.
The weekend marks the start of a new Digital Winter Season at the Lanternhouse.

Antiques fair
AN antique and collectors fair will take place at Urswick Recreation Hall on Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
Admission is 50p and hot and cold refreshments will be on sale all day.
A variety of stalls will be on display.
Drop-in day
Residents are asked to come along from 9am onwards for a free cup of tea or coffee and have a good moan about any issues.
Ulverston mayor Jeanette Jenkinson will also be in attendance.

THE AGM of the Grange Prom Art festival is being held at Victoria Hall on Main Street, Grange, on Thursday at 7.30pm
