There were a variety of items up for bid including food, oil changes, massages, gift certificates, jewelry and much more. One of the biggest selling items was the antique card file from SPL, which sold for $525. Other big selling items included, LCD TV, kitchen faucet, Riverview Golf certificate, railroad lanterns, movie tickets, and J.D.'s Photography.
If you didn't get to participate in Friday's fundraiser there are several other upcoming fundraiser you can participate in.
On Dec. 5 and 6, the Friends will be holding a Cookies and Books Sale at the Sterling Elks Lodge. Home baked cookies, candies and goodies will be sold along side used books, DVDs and tapes
