LIVINGSTON, LA (WAFB) - An antique dealer says a political statement he has displayed outside his store has been there nearly four weeks and nobody's publicly complained, until now.
The store is located on the main street going through Livingston. Rodney Miller says the upside down American flag at his store reflects the international symbol for distress.
Miller, who declined to come outside for an interview, says that he is distressed with America's position in the world, from our reputation overseas to the financial bailouts. At least one neighbor sees it another way.
