Olin moved his own successful model train business from his residence in the town to the village a year ago. The Village Train and Hobby store on Windsor's Main Street attracts customers from all over the East with its 36-foot model train layout, Herz said.
It's Olin's involvement in the community -- not his politics -- that is the key to his political success, Herz said.
'He's a terrific individual -- who just happens to be a Democrat,' Herz said.
